Remove hot-path allocations, bound Ogg packet reassembly, harden NEON dispatch
Eliminated per-packet and per-frame heap allocations on decode/analysis paths via Cow<'a, [u8]> and scratch buffers, bounded Ogg packet reassembly to 16 MiB against DoS, and hardened ARM NEON SIMD dispatch.
Reduce docker build context from 11.4GB to 119MB and fix build deps
Reduced Docker build context by 99% (from 11.4GB down to 119.5MB) via targeted .dockerignore exclusions, resolved Linux CI workflow dependencies, and fixed compilation warnings in subscription matching logic.
Add offline_message event support to webhook plugin
Implemented offline message lifecycle forwarding in the WebHook plugin, enabling webhook listeners to process notifications when messages are queued for offline MQTT clients.
Custom indexer search schema implementation
Implemented customizable indexer search pattern schemas in C#/.NET, enabling user-configured query criteria handling for albums and artists rather than hardcoded indexer query templates.
